FROM THE BEAN
Wild Child cacao crafts pure, organic ceremonial and fine flavor cacao, straight from the beans.
This is done in small batches. We roast, grind, conch, temper and pack it at Malou's place called Chocolalaland. (If you are in the neighbourhood, come say hi!)
With this cacao you can create shakes, hot drinks or you can shave the cacao on top of your breakfast and fruits!
WILD CHILD CACAO MOLD
After our cacao has been ground in a stone grinder, we pour the liquid cacao paste into the custom Wild Child mold. Our bar is designed to easily break into pieces.

We are always on the lookout for different, beautiful cacao. Rich in experience and fine in flavor.
Right now we love working with organic and sustainable cacao beans from the Dominican Republic.
LIKE THE AZTECS
We have worked hard to find the right beans, the right roasting profile and how to grind these beans.
This has ensured that our cacao is delicious in itself: you can drink it as a 100% chocolate!
Just break and shake it with hot water to create a foamy cacao drink, in the tradition of the Aztecs and Mayans 2000 years ago.
